Registration Process

For all inquiries, please visit the Contact Us page to send us a message via email.

Step 1: Fill in the registration form and click Submit. Upon submission, you will receive an email confirmation.

Step 2: Having received your registration information, we will contact you with payment options.

Step 3: When you have received payment information, make your payment as soon as possible. We will confirm your participation at CISHI 2020 once your payment is received IN FULL.

Students Under 18

For information regarding participation of students under 18 years old, please contact us.

Terms And Conditions

  • An email confirmation will be sent when form is submitted.
  • Payment options will be sent to you via email.
  • Your participation will be confirmed once payment is received in full.
  • If the program should need to be cancelled for any reason, all participants would receive a full refund.
  • Refunds of up to 50% are possible until May 15th. Consideration may be made for emergent circumstances after this date.
